 This informational patch is being released in conjunction with VBECS 
 2.4.0 Rev B. This release of VBECS is a database-only revision letter 
 patch centrally focused around additional blood product updates released 
 from International Council for Commonality in Blood Banking Automation, 
 Inc. (ICCBBA) and other database-only changes to resolve known defects 
 and requests. Refer to the VBECS 2.4.0 Rev B Release Notes for further 
 details.
