This is a result of trying to return a yes or no value from the call to DATA2PCE^PXAPI which returns an array of values based on warnings and errors that can cause an incomplete Encounter that requires followup processing. This patch changes the return values to return the full array to the calling application, so that they will have a more complete picture of the Encounter details. Because PX*1.0*211 only changes some of the values and not the return format, there is NO dependency between VIAB*1.0*21 and PX*1.0*211.
