     Problem:

     String index out of range error on match against 583 Vista Production 
     server.
  
     Solution:

     Code change to prevent the application from throwing an error when 
     the data is received in an unexpected format.

     The ICD and Java Documentation needs to be enhanced for the writeNote 
     service.

     Updated the Java documentation for the writeNote service.

     loginVIA returns generic message "invalid A/V Codes" when password 
     has expired.
  
     Solution:

     Code change to pass through Vista error instead of overriding the

     Replaced RPC call with a search of patients stored in the Vista

     Error on Unit Dose medications when one of the dates is empty 
     (Stop/Start dates) - getAllMeds.

     Defect fixed in release 1.0.9.0 by Java Code change.

     VIA-E_EmrSvc_WriteSimpleOrderByPolicy casting code issue.
