INC9145039, INC9146105: Patient Instructions missing from Sig When a prescription is finished, the Patient Instructions are normally added to the medication instructions in the Sig in the ORDERS (#100) file. This change doesn't always happen, and the VPR MED EXTENSION entity will now check and append the Patient Instructions to the Sig if needed. 2. INC9355922: Undefined VPRVAP variable When extracting an infusion order, the variable VPRVAP was not getting set if one of the IV components had been inactivated and unlinked from its related entry in the DRUG (#50) file. This is corrected, to ensure this local variable is always set when needed by the entity. 3. INC9337228: Pharmacy member included in care team Prior to this patch, all members of the care team the patient is assigned to were being returned to HealthShare; now, only those practitioners the patient is explicitly assigned to on the team will be returned.
