$TXT Created by at MDEVC.FO-BIRM.DOMAIN.EXT (KIDS) on Thursday, 01/27/22 at 08:08 ============================================================================= Run Date: MAR 03, 2022 Designation: VPR*1*28 Package : VPR - VIRTUAL PATIENT RECORD Priority: Mandatory Version : 1 SEQ #27 Status: Released Compliance Date: MAR 17, 2022 ============================================================================= Associated patches: (v)VPR*1*27 <<= must be installed BEFORE `VPR*1*28' Subject: SDA EXTENSIONS, IMMUN CONTRA/REFUSAL Category: - Routine - Other Description: ============ This patch to the Virtual Patient Record (VPR) application will modify the VPR entries in the ENTITY (#1.5) file and supporting VPR routines for the HealthShare data extracts to make additional data available. 1. New properties are being added to the Encounter, Appointment, Medication, Vaccination, and Order containers. 2. Some VistA text fields that are mapped to coded elements in SDA save the value string in both the Code and Description attributes; this can cause errors in the SDA to FHIR translations for the Code. Only the Description attribute will now be saved. 3. The V IMM CONTRA/REFUSAL (#9000010.707) file will be added as a source file for the Vaccination container. It will begin to be populated once a site has also installed CPRS 32b. The post-init will add a new regular index to the POSITION ASSIGNMENT HISTORY (#404.52) file, for use by VPR. A background job will be queued to populate the index overnight to minimize any impacts to users. This patch also updates two routines that support the legacy VPR GET PATIENT DATA rpcs, to make new Pharmacy fields available to RPC users as well. The new PARK (#521012) field of the PRESCRIPTION (#52) file and INDICATIONS FOR USE fields (added to all Pharmacy patient data files) will now be returned by the RPC. The 'routing' property may now return P as a new value if PARK is true.
