$TXT Created by CHY0091.FO-BAYPINES.DOMAIN.EXT (KIDS) on Thursday, 04/27/23 at 12:37 ============================================================================= Run Date: JUN 28, 2023 Designation: VPR*1*31 Package : VPR - VIRTUAL PATIENT RECORD Priority: Mandatory Version : 1 SEQ #30 Status: Released Compliance Date: JUL 29, 2023 ============================================================================= Associated patches: (v)VPR*1*30 <<= must be installed BEFORE `VPR*1*31' Subject: SDA BUG FIXES Category: - Routine - Other Description: ============ This patch to the Virtual Patient Record (VPR) application will modify the VPR entries in the ENTITY (#1.5) file and supporting VPR routines for the HealthShare (HS) data extracts to correct the following issues: 1. A number of issues in the Member Enrollment (Insurance) container have been addressed. Bugs preventing the Insurance Company address and Expiration Date from updating correctly have been fixed. New extension properties and the Insured's address fields have been added. 2. Additional cosigners will be picked up from the TIU MULTIPLE SIGNATURES (#8925.7) file. A post-init will add a new index to notify VPR when a signature has been added to or removed from a document. 3. Two issues are being addressed in Lab Order results. If multiple accessions are created from a single lab order, all reports will now be saved in HS and linked to the order; previously only the accession explicitly linked to the order was extracted. Code supporting the reference range of a test has also been updated to reflect changes to the validation logic in HS. 4. New extension properties will be added to the Social History container. 5. Support has been added for a new Allergy Severity value of 'Life Threatening' which will be available with CPRS 33. 6. Checks have been added to the VPR event listeners for Problem List and Consults to prevent errors in the SDA message under certain conditions. Post-Installation Instructions: A post-init routine will perform two functions. First, an index will be created for the TIU MULTIPLE SIGNATURES (#8925.7) file using the VA FileMan CREIXN^DDMOD api. This index will notify VPR when a new signature is applied to a TIU document. Second, the new VPR DEL INSURANCE entity will be linked to the Member Enrollment Container in the VPR CONTAINER (#560.1) file using DIE. This prevents an error caused when KIDS tries to install data in a file that points to a component included in the build but not yet installed. Backout Procedures: ------------------- If rollback/backout is required, the KIDS build that was created in step 2B may be installed to restore all modified components back to their pre-patch released state. The message containing the backed-up routines can be loaded with the "Xtract PackMan" function at the Message Action prompt. The Packman function "INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE" is then used.
