Problem: INC24017248: Clinical staff have noticed as of 8/30/22 that veterans were being checked in by administrative staff, but the check in time was showing as the appointment time, no matter how early or late the veteran was checked in. For example, if the veteran's appointment was at 0830 and they check in at 0800, Clinic Viewer and VSE will reflect the 0830 time. Issue occurred after the VPS patch installation. Resolution: This patch modifies the VPS PATIENT CHECK-IN RPC by updating routine VPSRPC4. Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch is installed. It compares all components of this patch (routines, DDs, templates, etc.). c. Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the transport global. 4. From the Installation Menu, select the Install Package(s) option and when prompted for the INSTALL NAME, enter VPS*1.0*22. 5. If prompted 'Want KIDS to Rebuild Menu Trees Upon Completion of Install?
