 Voluntary Service System patch VSS*5.0*6  addresses three issues:
  
 1. The Daily Volunteer List, Volunteer Daily Review and User Access
 Listing reports in VSS does not display time stamps based on the
 users local time zone. These reports are currently displaying
 in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) time only.
  
 2. The Volunteers by Organization report in VSS is currently grouping
 the volunteer's hours incorrectly and combining their assignments.
  
 3. The New Volunteer Report in VSS in currently displaying data in a way
 that appears to be inaccurate and confusing to some VSS users.

 Problem:

 The Daily Volunteer List, Volunteer Daily Review and User Access
 Listing reports in VSS do not display time stamps based on the
 users local time zone.  These reports are currently displaying
 in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) time only.

 Updates were made to SQL functions which will now convert UTC
 time stamps to the users' local time zone.
  
  
 2. INC7525898 - VSS- Issue with reports pulling updated information
  
    Duplicate:
    INC7852205 - VSS- VSS-R2-Volunteer has 3 service roles, the detailed 
                 report by organization is only showing 2 of the 3.
  
 Problem:
 ------------------------
 The Volunteers by Organization report in VSS is currently grouping
 the volunteer's hours incorrectly and combining their assignments.
  
  
 Resolution:

 Updates were made to SQL functions which will now display the
 information accurately.
   
  
 3. INC10269258 - VSS Program - inaccurate reporting of new volunteers
                  each month.
      
 Problem:
 --------
 The New Volunteer Report in VSS is currently displaying data in a way
 that appears to be inaccurate and confusing to some VSS users. 
  
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 The report will be updated to display more accurate verbiage by
 renaming the 'Volunteer Since' column on this report to 'Entry Date'
 and added a note to the report stating "Volunteers are considered
 new as of the first date time is logged at the selected facility,
 regardless of entry date.".
