 The Bed Management Solution(BMS)v2.4 team has requested a maintenance
 build be released to remedy the current priority defects that persist in
 the BMS v2.4 software. Several of the remediations are critical, as they 
 impact Emergency Management Leadership reporting and user operations.

 Add/Edit Users National.

 After an AppPool reset via CMD prompt, Admin/Site User Add/Edit pages do 
 not work    
  
 Resolution:
 -------------
 Updated the code Web and App servers to move processing of Add/Edit user
 from the web server to the application server.  This is an attempt to
 correct the issue with website app pool restarts with interfering with
 Add/Edit user operations.

 Problem:

 PPBP By Date Range Report is displaying "Fee" as a header instead of
 Community Care and Waitlist-Community Care View is displaying "Fee" as 
 a column header rather than "Community Care."
  
 Resolution:

 Updated the Report (RDL file only) to update PPBP By Date Range Report to 
 rename Fee header to Community Care, so it corresponds with that PPBP Data
 Grid (Waitlist-Community Care View)that was corrected from "Fee" to
 "Community Care" in an earlier update.

 Account for empty beds on the Icon Usage Report.
  
 Resolution:

 Applied a change to the Icon Usage Report stored procedure so all negative
 pressure rooms and other room icons are accurately reflected including 
 occupied and unoccupied beds.

 Need to expand the number of BMS census categories to match our naming 
 conventions list

 Ran an update script to setup two new Census Categories (Blind Rehab and 
 SCI); and run update script to map census categories based on ward names 
 (mapping provided by the business team)

 When admitting a patient to the BMS home page the comment is not 
 populating on the PPBP.

 Corrected the issue with comments not being updated on first save on the

 Scheduled Admissions Report (accessible from the top part of the facility

 The BMS application is a centrally managed web-based application hosted 
 at AITC.
   
 BMS version 2.4 will be loaded into BMS Production account by AITC staff.
   
 No software will be installed at the facilities.
    
 Reporting Problems:

 If there are problems associated with the BMS application, they should be
 reported via Service Now by contacting the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) 
 at 1-855-673-4357 for assistance.
