 Resolution:

 Modified the GetViewModel function that is called by the Ward Occupancy and 
 Local Report Viewer to make the call to the function conditional on the 
 Export button being pressed.  
  
 2.     INC9774974 (Rational Defect # 1235192) - Bulk User Activate/Deactivate 
                                                 Unhandled Exception Error
  
 Problem:

 Users receiving Bulk User Activate/Deactivate Unhandled Exception error when 
 navigating from the bulk user activate/deactivate function.
  
 Resolution:
 ----------
 Modified the Add/Edit User page from the Regional Admin menu to prevent a 
 Unhandled Exception error from occurring when navigating from the bulk user 
 activate/deactivate function.
