 Problem:
 --------
 BMS user Bulk Add/Remove/Edit is functioning improperly and corrupting
 user accounts. The majority of users added with this function are 
 consequently unable to login into BMS. It has also been known to corrupt 
 the accounts of the user performing the task.
  
 Resolution:
 ----------
 The Bulk Add/Remove/Edit functionality has been hidden on the Admin 
 Section and the BMS User Add/Edit sections, at site level thus removing 
 this functionality in the BMS application.
