BMS-246: Facility Home Page Bulk Transfer/Removal Workflow Instance Issue (Linked To: BMS-169) Problem: ------- Some old records would not remove from the facility waiting list when bulk removed, or bulk transferred. Test by selecting about 10 old records and bulk removing. They should all disappear. Normally maybe 1 in 10 old records might actually disappear. Then do the same with bulk transfer - select 10 old records, make sure all 10 transferred and removed from the facility waiting list. Resolution: ---------- Old waiting list records no longer have "workflow instances" associated with them. This is essentially bad data that was preventing the waiting list record from being removed. Bulk transfers and removals form the facility PPBP list are reflected in the list counts provided on the facility and VISN-level PPBP pages. 2. BMS-247: Facility Home Page Bulk Transfer/Removal Transfer Table Out of Sync (Linked To: BMS-169) Problem: ------- The 700 and 800 databases had their Transfer tables out of sync with the pre-prod and prod table structure. They were not allowing several columns to accept null values that should allow them and DO allow them in the upper environments. Resolution: ---------- Workflow FlowID generation changed with BMS Sustainment Team's WEBB2*9 Patch (*9). This prevented bulk transfer/removal from working on older FlowIDs. A fix was implemented to disregard the mis-matched FlowID and transfer/remove the appropriate records from the database. This defect was detected before the FlowID issue from *9 was diagnosed, and the fix put in place for this was later migrated to address additional issues from *9. 3. BMS-258: CLC Column Not Filtering When Populated on Facility PPBP List Problem: ------- When any filter value is entered in the CLC column of the facility PPBP list screen, the screen returns no results even though records exist for the filter. Resolution: ---------- Resolved an issue to ensure that when any filter value is entered in the CLC column of the facility PPBP list screen, the screen returns a result of the existing records. 4. INC13308657: PPBPL Auto-removal Issue Problem: ------- This Production Incident was found and tracked to Sustainment's WEBB*9 Patch where the requirement for having the capability for auto-removal of patients from the PPBP needs to be added. Resolution: ----------- Resolved an issue to ensure that Patient drop off of the PPBPL if they had an old FlowID after the *9 release. This fix was the same as the one for BMS-247, just applied in a different area. 5. INC13479208: SSN HTML issue Problem: ------- This Production incident was found and tracked to Sustainment's WEBB*9 Patch where Selecting a patient SSN hyperlink on "Patient Pending Bed Placement" list will redirect user to the patient's "Patient Inquiry" page without error needs to be added. Resolution: ----------- Resolved the issue where the word SSN was causing an incorrect data-binding scenario between the html and the code where "SSN" was replaced with "Social" as the data-binding term. This resulted in a broken patient inquiry hyperlink on the PPBP. 6. INC13449382: Bed Unavailable Flow Background Process Issue Problem: ------- This Production incident was with invalid FlowIDs resulting from the *9 deployment in the service layer. Resolution: ----------- Resolved an issue with invalid FlowIDs resulting from the *9 deployment in the service layer. This fix was the same as the one for BMS-247: Workflow FlowID generation changed with BMS Sustainment Team's WEBB2*9 Patch (*9). This prevented bulk transfer/removal from working on older FlowIDs. A fix was implemented to disregard the mis-matched FlowID and transfer/remove the appropriate records from the database.
