   1. WEBBMS-2094: ADT Orders being reprocessed when updating Cancel Orders
    
   Problem: 
   -------
   A defect in the code was discovered related to updating Cancel Orders 
   in the database and is causing them to reprocess every ADT. The fix
   requires a code patch to the VistA Interface service.
  
   Resolution: 
   ----------
   Remove errant line of code not allowing the IsActive status to update 
   on Admission Requests.
  
   2. WEBBMS-2107: Cannot view User Access Report
   
   Problem: 
   --------
   A defect was found in attempts to view the User Access Report. The 
   button to view the report is 'Inactive'.
  
   Resolution: 
   ----------
   A SQL change in the Data Access layer is required in order to make the 
   User Access Report set to 'Active'.
      
   3. WEBBMS-2113: VISN Bed Board Time Zone Delay
   
   Problem:
   --------
   There is a time zone issue with the VISN Bed Board that is causing the 
   wait time to show up as a delay of 5 hours when a transfer is initially
   added.
  
   Resolution:
   -----------
   The transfer time should start intially at 0 hours - there is a small 
   script to the Data Access layer to be added to change the time zone
   transfer time to allow it to start at 0 hours.
