 The preferred method is to retrieve files from download.vista.domain.ext.
 This transmits the files from the first available server. Sites may 
 also elect to retrieve files directly from a specific server.

 File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) from the ANONYMOUS.SOFTWARE directory at the

 installation and update any Windows based components needed to run BMS. 
 The BMS Sustainment team will perform the application installation and 
 configuration.

 BMS is a .NET based web application build. This is a centralized server 
 promotion. No installation is required at local sites.
  
 Post-Installation Instructions:
 -------------------------------
 Sites will need to work with local IT to allow a new service account to 
 access the share drives used for BMS Contingency reporting. The new 
 service account used for BMS Contingency report is: AAC\VAAACBMSPrd.
  
 Please reference the BMS Technical Manual, section 2.6.3, 'Assign Rights
 to Master BMS Service Account User', for direction on how to update the 
 Contingency Report setup.
