 the issue was introduced by the WEBB*3*12 patch which address the 
 whiteboard auto-scrolling feature.

 Problem:
 --------
 When a user clicks on various column headers on the whiteboard, the 
 sorting behavior is either nonfunctional or does not sort as expected for 
 ascending and descending.
  
 Solution:
 ---------
 The code is being updated to properly sort the columns based on the prior 
 version. Column widths on the whiteboard are also being updated for a 
 better display of the data. The 'Comments' column sort functionality was 
 corrected. Column alignment was fixed in all columns where text wrapping 
 was added, so that column texts align to the appropriate column header. 
 Additionally, up and down arrows were added to column header views when 
 sorting.
