   1.WEBBMS-3288: Patient Opt-Out Stored Procedure Update -
     Patient opt-outs are not being maintained after admission should 
     subsequent movements occur for the patient.  A stored procedure 
     update is necessary to further ensure that Patient opt-out settings 
     are properly maintained.

   Problem: 
   -------
   There is an issue with ward-bed mapping in the cache that when an OOS 
   ward/bed is "returned-to-service", they will not display on the BMS 
   Whiteboard/Summary Report.
  
   Resolution: 
   ----------
   A code fix is required to reconfigure the wards for the app 
   to refresh the cache with wards/beds.
