User will be unable to toggle Opt-Out status when set 'Active' from VistA. 2.WEBBMS-10: Patients on Multiple PPBP Lists - Add functionality for end user to place a patient on more than one facility PPBPL at a time - a patient can only be added to a single facility PPBPL only once. 3.WEBBMS-3329: End users will have the ability to set the PPBPL to auto-remove a patient from the PPBPL when transferred so that the whiteboard will stay updated. 4.WEBBMS-3303: DevExpress Update - Update to DevExpress for Ward Whiteboard based on 508 Audit. 5.WEBBMS-3334: Decouple Session State from BMS Worker Process - The BMS worker process has been decoupled from the session state to minimize infractions during BMS service restarts. Defect Tracking System Ticket(s) & Overview: -------------------------------------------- 1.WEBBMS-3293: Missing Scheduled Admissions (INC22703883) Problem: ------- There is a defect with Scheduled Admissions data coming from VistA Resolution: ---------- Update background processor that currently performs data look-up to include the 'Scheduled Admissions' data coming from VistA. 2.WEBBMS-3289: Bed Removal Issue (INC22891193) Problem: -------- When a bed is removed from a Ward group or listed as out-of-service in VISTA the information doesn't immediately populate to BMS. This causes issues between ward units and administration. Resolution: ----------- A code fix was implemented to update the cache when a bed is removed from a Ward group or listed as out-of-service in VISTA. 3.WEBBMS-3396: Beds OOS from VistA Problem: -------- Issue with Beds Out of Service Reasons being overwritten by background processors System Of Record Out Of Service statuses. Resolution: ----------- Code fix to restrict BMS bckground processors from overwriting System of Record Out of Service status. 4.WEBBMS-3455: Stored Procedure for Beds Unmapped to Wards Problem: ---------- There was a defect in a stored procedure making calls to beds, every time the SP encountered a bed unmapped to a ward, it creates a bottle neck searching for the bed location.
