 Bed Management Solution (BMS) patch WEBB*3*12 will address the issue 
 where BMS whiteboards often freezes and does not load all patients on the 
 screen. It was determined that the code behind the scrolling 
 functionality was improperly being executed due to the introduction of a 
 new web browser version utilized by the BMS kiosks.

 BMS Kiosks whiteboard screen freezes and does not load all patients.
  
  
 Solution:
 ---------
 The whiteboard scrolling functionality code has been updated so the board 
 will no longer freeze and all patients are loaded. It will also fix a 
 pre-existing issue with the Whiteboard form, where the Scroll Rate value
