HDSO-4976 - INC27334398 - scheduled admit in BMS did not populate on PPBPL (when original scheduled admission reservation date is updated after the record is initially populated on PPBP) Problem: -------- Whenever a patient's admission is rescheduled in VistA and the patient is removed from the BMS Patients Pending Bed Placement List (PPBPL), the BMS background processor does not add the patient back to the PPBPL on the rescheduled admission date. Resolution: ---------- For rescheduled admissions, BMS has been updated to delete the relevant information from the VistA integration log, so that when the updated reservation date occurs, BMS will reprocess the admission and add the patient back to the waiting list. 3. HDSO-5203 - INC27812656 - MIW BMS Scheduled Admissions report - Not Loading Canceled Dates Problem: -------- The Scheduled Admissions Report in BMS is not displaying any data in the "DT Cancelled" column for admissions that have been cancelled. Resolution: ---------- BMS has been updated to check for differences between BMS scheduled admissions and VistA scheduled admissions, with the Scheduled Admissions Report and Scheduled Admissions by Date Report now displaying accurate DT CANCELLED values as a result. 4. HDSO-2566 - INC24940162 - BMS BULK activate/deactivate users error message Problem: -------- When bulk deactivating a BMS account, the site admin receives a Server Error message and is unable to complete the bulk edit. Resolution: ---------- Administrators will no longer get a Server Error message when bulk deactivating BMS accounts. Improvements were also made to areas involving assigned site selection on the user permission pages. 5. HDSO-7056 - INC31036667 user has a BMS issue / Bulk Activation for New Staff is not working Problem: -------- Bulk activation of BMS logins does not preserve the correct Default Region, Default VISN and Default Site values. Resolution: ---------- Bulk activation of BMS accounts from either National or Site level will preserve the correct Default Region, Default VISN and Default Site values.
