WEBBMS-621 - Ward/Facility-level bulk Bed Level Management screen - A new Bed Level Management screen has been added to BMS, allowing site admins to bulk categorize individual beds according to one or more bed types ("Bed Levels"). The interface lets staff track and potentially repurpose the normal ("Primary"), present ("Current") and potential ("Available") levels of care for a given bed. NOTE: For this initial release, site admins must navigate to the Bed Level Management page using a direct URL. Bed Level Management is only available to Admin User and Support User roles. 2. WEBBMS-5817 - Bed Level Tracking Report - This new Bed Level Management report displays the real-time Bed Levels (Available, Primary, Current) and Codes (Event, Location, Repurposed Area) of individual bed record results. Report filters include Ward Group and bed configuration Status, in addition to Region, VISN and Facility. 3. WEBBMS-5827 - Bed Level Tracking Historical Report - This new Bed Level Management report shows the historical application of Bed Levels (Available, Primary, Current) or Codes (Event, Location, Repurposed Area) for individual bed record results. Report filters include Ward Group, Beds (IDs) and Start/End date range, in addition to Region, VISN and Facility. 4. WEBBMS-7191 - National Bed Tracking Levels: Disallow delete option if Bed Level in use - The National Bed Tracking Levels configuration screen has been updated to display "In Use" for any Bed Levels tied to one or more bed records. In addition, there are now clearly defined labels for the Edit and Delete columns.
