WEBBMS-5794 - New 'Bed Level Management' link from Site Options page - The Site Options page available to Admin User and Support User roles now displays a new 'Bed Level Management' link. The Bed Level Management page that appears once the link is clicked allows site admins to bulk categorize their individual beds according to one or more unit/ward-based "Bed Levels". This interface also lets staff track and potentially reassign the current and potential bed level values for a given bed. 2. WEBBMS-5792 - Display 'Current Bed Level' value and 'Bed Level Management' link from WARD Whiteboard screen - Whenever staff edit an individual bed from the whiteboard, they will now see the display of the bed's Current Bed Level value. For example, 'DOM/RRTP_S' means the bed is currently used for a Domiciliary Substance Use Disorder unit/ward. For users with the Admin User or Support User role, a convenient Bed Level Management button will also appear next to the Current Bed Level value, for easy access to the Bed Level Management screen which allows changes to this and other beds' Current Bed Level. 3. WEBBMS-7604 - Mapping National Bed Tracking Levels to Bed Types - The National Bed Tracking Levels configuration screen now allows for mapping between unit/ward-based Bed Levels (applicable to individual beds using the Bed Level Management screen), and more general Bed Type values used with enhanced reporting. For example, the 'REHAB MED_PRC' Bed Level representing a 'Polytrauma Rehabilitation Center' unit is mapped by default to the 'Rehab Med' Bed Type. Patient Safety Issues (PSIs): N/A Defect Tracking System Ticket(s) & Overview: 4. WEBBMS-5083 - Ignore and log invalid IENs in EDIS records to prevent background processor from failing Problem: -------- BMS background processors were failing due to EDIS records with invalid IENs. Resolution: ---------- Incoming EDIS records with invalid IENs (null, empty string or non-numeric) will be ignored so that BMS background processors can complete successfully. Information on these skipped EDIS records will be recorded in server logs.
