WEBBMS-8182 - Created By and Last Updated By columns for the PPBP By Date Range Report - Users want the PPBP By Date Range Report to include a 'Created By' column and a 'Last Modified By' column, so that they can see who created and updated the waitlist record. These new columns were created on each view (Standard, Patient Flow, In-House, Community Care, Emergency Management, DOM/RRTP) of the Facility PPBP By Date Range Report. 2. WEBBMS-8383 - Bed OOS Report - Users need the ability to pass parameter which allows report to properly filter to event - The Historical Beds Out of Service Report By Date report is being updated to expand the parameter (drop down filter) to distinguish which set of bed records are to be returned. This is being updated to support the New Events revamp because there are different events which pertain to beds in or out of service. The following Report Type drop down options are being expanded upon: All, Information, Isolation, Out of Service, and Back in Service 3. WEBBMS-8384 - Bed Turnaround Time - Users need to be able to pass parameters which allow reports to filter turn-around time events. The following Report Type drop down options need to be added: All, Vacated and Needs Cleaning, Currently Cleaning, and Cleaning Completed 4. WEBBMS-3695 - Beds Out of Service Report now sorts by Date Entered, Date Edited - As a BMS user running the Beds Out of Service Report (By Date), users want to see the Bed Sorted results additionally sorted by 'Date Time Data Entered', then 'Date Time Data Edited', so that they can better see, for a given bed, its sequential 'put in service' or 'take out of service' activity. So adding additional sorting to the existing bed name sort, first sorting by entered date, then by edited date. Patient Safety Issues (PSIs): N/A Defect Tracking System Ticket(s) & Overview: 5. WEBBMS-6991 - INC34623189 - MIW- BMS Home Page New Events Problem: -------- New Events counts do not always match the corresponding Export Report. Resolution: ---------- The New Events logic has been updated to ensure event counts match the corresponding exported report counts. BED Turnaround Time(for EMS) and Historical Beds Out of Service Report By Date (for Out of Service and Back in Service )reports were changed to add drop downs for filtering for exporting the relevant data. 6. WEBBMS-7126 - INC34994197 - BMS Emergency Management Evacuation Reports Problem: -------- While performing some evacuation tests, the end user noticed that patients transferred to the VISN do not show up on the Emergency Management Reports. Resolution: ---------- All Emergency Management patients transferred to the VISN PPBP now display on both the Facility and VISN PPBP Emergency Management reports. 7. WEBBMS-6727 - INC34161103 - BMS/ Beds OOS by date report Problem: -------- Whenever a CLEAR-ALL action was performed on a bed, the Beds Out of Service Report (By Date) did not display 'Date Time Data Edited' or 'User Editing Data' information for that bed. Resolution: ---------- Now when a CLEAR-ALL action is performed on a bed, the Beds Out of Service Report (By Date) will correctly display 'Date Time Data Edited' and 'User Editing Data' information. 8. WEBBMS-8544 - Beds Out of Service by Date Report timestamps do not show correctly Problem: -------- Beds Out of Service by Date Report CLEAR ALL timestamps do not show correctly if a bed was placed Out of Service from the Ward Occupancy page. The root cause is due to a web-code defect, where the Back in Service 'Creation Date' is not being converted to UTC and, instead, is saved as Local Time. Resolution: ---------- The error was corrected in the code where the Back in Service 'Creation Date' was not being converted to UTC.
