 Description:
 ===========
  
 Direct Secure Messaging (DSM) Release 3.0.0 implements interface updates 
 to support clinical care document processing from the Joint DoD/VA Health
 Information Exchange (HIE). These changes are Work Items that were 
 recorded and tracked in the Direct Secure Messaging area of Rational Team
 Concert and Rally, the VA-prescribed tools used for tracking requirements
 and associated test plans. This release contains the Work Items completed
 during a production deployment.
  
 Supporting technical documentation including the DSM System Design 
 Document, User Guide, Production Operation Manual (POM), and
 Install/Rollback Guide were updated to reflect the above-mentioned 
 application enhancements.  
  
 Test sites: N/A
  
 The upgraded software was deployed to a centralized system at AITC on
 03/23/2020 at 9 pm.
  
 External Partner Test Sites: 
  
 Partner testing was performed and verified to be working as expected 
 as part of this DSMEP3 Release.
  
 Downstream Dependent System Testing:
  
 This DSMEP3 Release test plan's coverage includes testing efforts with 
 eHealth Exchange, VLER DAS, Master Veteran Index and Veterans 
 Authorizations and Preference.

 This transmits the files from the first available server. Sites may also
 elect to retrieve files directly from a specific server.
