Description:

 Deployment of Web VistA Remote Access (WebVRAM) Version 2.04 contains an 
 emergency software update to address a production defect. The repair 
 prevents the addition of duplicate Service/Section values in the VistA 
 Service/Section File #49 when a WebVRAM user profile is created or 
 updated at a remote site the user accesses through WebVRAM to perform 
 VA-directed work. Prior to this release, File #49 was adding multiple 
 identical entries of the WebVRAM user's Service/Section value. Other 
 remote user "push" applications may continue to add multiple identical 
 entries to File #49 since its data construct does not prevent duplicate 
 entries, but WebVRAM will now check the existing values at File #49 at 
 each site, and if the user Service/Section value being pushed already 
 exists, WebVRAM will prevent that value from being added to the file.

 Problem:

 Duplicate file entries in VistA File #49 (Service/Section) at Orlando 
 were preventing inpatient radiology exams from being registered. The data 
 construct of File 49 allows addition of duplicate values for 
 Service/Section, contrary to VA FileMan policy. Also, a value of "MEDICAL 
 SERVICE" is required for providers to access CPRS features at Northern 
 California and San Francisco VAMCs, while the value that radiologists use 
 at Orlando is "MEDICAL SERVICES". Some radiologists were selecting 
 "MEDICAL SERVICE" which was preventing them from registering inpatient 
 exams. A workaround was available to change the exam from inpatient to 
 outpatient, which allowed it to be registered.
  
 Resolution:

 WebVRAM application code was modified as follows: When a VistA user 
 profile is updated at a remote site by WebVRAM, the application compares 
 the user's Service/Section value with the values in File 49, and if the 
 value already exists, it does not write the value to the file.

 Testing was performed internally by the WebVRAM team as this was a 
 critical production defect needing to be resolved ASAP.

 There is no VistA software associated with this release. The WebVRAM 
 application code was deployed to the WebVRAM Azure Virtual Machines as a
