 Description:
 ============
 Deployment of a Release 5.0 of the application implements the following 
 changes to the product:
  
 Enhancements to the WebVRAM product to:
  
 -       Enable two factor authentication through PIV Card access.
 -       Use IAM's SSOi STS direct as the Primary Authentication System.
 -       Instructions on How to Link Your PIV Card to a Home VistA.
  
 Defect repairs involving needed error messages and changes to an existing 
 error message will be implemented:
  
 -       Service/Section Report, one NULL value reported in new User 
 Profile.
 -       Verify that the WEBG WEBVRAM GUI menu option exists in the local 
 VistA profile before a new WebVRAM account can be created.
 -       IAM/SQA Login Test - Able to login to WebVRAM (via PIV Login) 
 even when account in HVS was disusered.
  
  
 Problem:
 --------
 The Service Section report flagged the following new WebVRAM User profile 
 as it did not include the value for the Service Section (field was blank).
 Jira Defect WEB-1523.
  
 Repair:
 -----------
 Modify the Edit VistA Profile feature to require a value for the Service 
 Section when modifying a profile to prevent this particular scenario from 
 occurring.
  
 Problem:
 --------
 WebVRAM needs to verify the WEBG WEBVRAM GUI menu option exists in the 
 local VistA profile before a new WebVRAM account can be created. If it 
 does not exist, the account will not be created, and a very specific 
 error message will be printed basically saying that WEBG WEBVRAM GUI menu 
 option needs to be added to the local VistA profile. Jira Defect WEB-1525.
  
  
 Repair:
 -----------
 If WEBG WEBVRAM GUI menu does not exist in the local VistA profile, a 
 very specific error message will be printed saying "WEBG WEBVRAM GUI menu 
 option needs to be added to the local VistA profile".
  
  
 Problem:
 --------
 During IAM Integration test, experienced condition when the tester was 
 able to login to WebVRAM utilizing PIV, while the account to the tester's 
 Home VistA Site was disabled. Jira Defect WEB-1583.
  
 Repair:
 -----------
 The WebVRAM user is allowed to choose between using the PIV Card or the 
 Access/Verify Codes to sign into WebVRAM.
