 Home Telehealth Reporting (HTR) Phase 4 project. In all 
 phases of the project, Integrated Home Telehealth Application (IHTA) has 
 worked with the Census and Survey (CNS) and Sustainment side of the Home 
 Telehealth Product Development organization to support the Office of 
 Telehealth Services (OTS) business requirements.
  
 IHTA 16.5 builds on the current IHTA 16.0 version. Build 2 of the HTR

 Resolution:  Added keypress funcionality to ensure enter would activate

 have a visible indication of focus - Help and Manage Registration

 Resolution:  Aligned a tag href and img source elements to ensure proper 
 focus and reading by JAWS.
