 Home Telehealth Reporting (HTR) Phase 4 project. In all 
 phases of the project, Integrated Home Telehealth Application (IHTA) has 
 worked with the Census and Survey (CNS) and Sustainment side of the Home 
 Telehealth Product Development organization to support the Office of 
 Telehealth Services (OTS) business requirements.
  
 IHTA 20.0 builds on the current IHTA 19.5 version. Build 9 of the HTR 
 Phase 4 project has completed the following:
  
 Report Enhancements: 
  
 1.      Remove HDR Hooks from Distribution of Surveys Reports
 2.      Remove HDR Hooks from Weekly Census Reports
 3.      Remove HDR Hooks from Survey Trends Reports   
 4.      Remove HDR Hooks from Response Rate Reports 
 5.      Remove HDR Hooks from Satisfaction Survey Reports
 6.      Remove HDR Hooks from Vendor Submission Report
 7.      Create landing page for IHTA manual redirect
 8.      Create landing page for CNS manual redirect
 9.      Upgrade log4j to version 2.17.1
 10.     Allow Vendors Access to IHTA Report
 11.     Update IText to version 7.2.1
