Usually,the NUMI application will throw an error message to the user and this will not allow the review to be saved. This only occurs for some sites without any issues and the user is able to save the review. Resolution: ------------ Stored procedures were modified in the database to include log messages when this issue occurs to determine and trace the root cause. Once the cause has been identified, the issue will be addressed in a future patch.
