 1.      INC11652042 - No one at the facility nor remote workers can login 
 to NUMI, all users are getting the error "Integrated logon has failed".
  
 Problem:
 --------
 NUMI depends on a cookie with a unified key that contains an expiration 
 date.  The encrypted value comes from Change Healthcare (CERME) and 
 expired unexpectedly.  The value is not in readable form to Tier 3
 support.
  
 Resolution:
 ----------
 The application has been updated with a new key value as well as turning 
 the encrypted value into a web.config parameter for future updates to not 
 require a patch.
