 The NUMI Exchange stored procedure is not filtering out and selecting the 
 correct Patient Stay/Review records to send to BMS.
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 Add a join from the PatientReview table to the PatientStay table in the 
 query and filter out all Patient Stays where the patient has been
