 1.         INC21709476- NUMI Issue with Free Text Search by Text
  
 Problem:
 --------
 Found an error while doing patch testing.  An error occurs under 
 Tools->Free Text Search->Exact type of search consisting of two words, 
 one word search works and all other type of search is working.  The error 
 can be skipped after clicking on Click here to Continue and will go back 
 to Patient Selection Worklist window.

 Fixed the issue by replacing ',' in the stored procedure 
 [dbo].[usp_WorkList_ReminderList]
  
 2.      INC23471907 - facility changed/deleted a vista movement record
  
 Problem: Patient has an additional stay listed that is incorrect. The 
 correct stay has already been closed.
  
 Resolution: A SQL script will be run on the database for NUMI to set the 
 erroneous to inactive. Removing it from the patient.
