 When entering a review in NUMI and tabbing through the fields, I get two 
 consecutive error messages when I try to tab out of the date.  The first 
 one says "blur" and the second one (after I hit "ok" on the first one) 
 says " undefined".  
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 Fixed the issue by reverting to the previous version of the
