 staff, current and past, assigned to all teams in PCMM. It has been 
 requested to add filters for Team Care Type and Staff (i.e., active only,
 inactive only, both) to the report.

 The Provider Position Assignment report will be modified to add filters
 for team care type, team name, and staff status.
