Resolution ---------- Change the configuration value of the auto-inactivation maximum interval between encounters from 24 to 36 months. 2.PCMMW-34: Auto-inactivation background job; Result of the Batch Execution report Problem ------- As a PCMM User, I want to review auto-inactivated patients following the auto-inactivation batch job so that I may confirm no further action is required on those patients. Resolution ---------- Add link to the patient profile from the job report, so that user can select it and transfer directly to the patient profile. 3.PCMMW-36:Days to patient auto inactivation counter display PROBLEM ------- Given an active patient without a qualifying encounter scheduled for auto-inactivation then PCMM will display the patient's days to auto-inactivation in 30 day increments starting 120 days from potential auto-inactivation on the Team Details and Patient Profile screens. RESOLUTION ---------- Change the configuration value of the auto-inactivation counter from 90 to 120 days. 4.PCMMW-40: Remove auto inactivation 6 month delay feature Problem ------- As a PCMM User, I want to remove the PCMM extension feature allowing patients to remain active or pending for 6 additional months so that active patients will now auto-inactivate at 36 months and pending patients will auto-inactivate at 12 months if they have not had a qualifying encounter. Resolution --------- Remove extend functionality from the front end and remove all supporting code from the back end - functionality will not be available to the user. 5.PCMMW-44: Patients already in the 120 day inactivation countdown window Problem ------- As a PCMM user, I want to reset patients who have not had a qualifying encounter and are set to auto inactivate within 120 days to have their clock reset in the database. Resolution ---------- Develop SQL Script that nullifies scheduled auto-inactivation date in the database for all records in pcmm.team_patient_assign table where the field- value is not null, and end date value is null. Run script during deployment. 6.PCMMW-45: Encounter lookback days from 60 to 90 days Problem -------- As a PCMM User, I want PCMM to look back 90 days from the current date for qualifying Primary Care ,care type encounters from VistA so that I may assign a patient as needed Resolution --------- Change the configuration value of the look back interval from 60 to 90 days *Note* CERNER encounter loopback will remain at 60 days until completion of NSR 20230324.
