Description:

 The Patient-Centered Management Module (PCMM) Web application version 
 WEBP*1*7 will implement a configuration change to optimize a CPRS Header 
 Synchronization query. Currently, a query for the CPRS Header 
 Synchronization is causing the PCMM Web database to lock when multiple 
 threads are competing to access the same data. These locks are causing 
 performance issues and unexpected behaviors in the Java Virtual Machine 
 (JVM) and the application server crashes.
  
  
 Configuration and Software Changes:
 ===================================
 RTC 348927 - The CPRS Header Sync process currently recalculates whenever 
 any position on the team is added or modified in any way regardless if 
 the position is the direct care provider (PCP or AP) or not which is not 
 an efficient process since the CPRS header only displays the direct care 
 provider and team name, not all other positions on the team. The CPRS 
 Header Sync process is now optimized and will only trigger this process 
 when a patient's direct care provider assignment is created, deleted or 
 modified or the patient assignment changes.
