DESKeyEncrypter	Key based encrypter, using DES algorithm and "UTF8" encoding.
DESPassPhraseEncrypter	PassPhrase based encrypter, using DES algorithm and "UTF8" encoding.
DESScopedEncrypter	Adds a "scoped" seed to the encryption, restricting use of the decryption to the computing domain a given value was encrypted in.
EncrypterRegistry	Access wrapper class, used to hold singleton instances of VistALinkEncrypter implementations.
KeyEncrypter	Provides basic implementation for a base class of Cipher algorithms, key based.
