Connector object based on jdniName match

Encrypts an entry (both access/verify codes) if not currently encrypted, in the in-memory array.

false if file not read into memory or if fails validation, true otherwise.

getDecryptedValue

Decrypt value using specified scheme.

Parameters:

encrypted - value to decrypt

isScoped - encryption scheme to use

Returns:

decrypted value
