Description:

 VistALink patch, XOBV*1.6*7, addresses Technical Reference Manual (TRM)
 compliance changes, upgrades, and certification of a VistALink
 infrastructure component for the WebLogic 12.2/Java 8 platform and above.
  
 This patch also includes the following changes to the VistALink JAVA 
 libraries:
 - Dependency file upgrades:
     log4j2-api-2.14.1.jar 
     log4j2-core-2.14.1.jar
 - Changes to a packaging manifest file (MANIFEST.MF)
  
 There are no functionality or operability changes or Application 
 Programming Interface (API) edits. Due to dependency file upgrades, this 
 release will deploy and run only on WebLogic 12.2/Java 8 and above.
  
 This VistALink patch, XOBV*1.6*7, is part of a bundle release
 with Patient Centered Management Module (PCMM) Web patch, WEBP*1.0*25, and
 Kernel Authentication & Authorization for Java 2 Enterprise Edition
 (KAAJEE) patch, XU*8.0*749.

 VistALink jars were not deploying to WebLogic 12.2 in a "Shared Library" 
 mode out-of-the-box due to stricter validation on the MANIFEST.MF file,
 in addition the VistALink's dependencies were not TRM-compliant.
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 The associated MANIFEST.MF file has been updated, TRM-compliant 
 libraries were sourced and installed, the product has been re-compiled
 using Java 8.
