This API is working differently on some of the Linux sites where it returns some extra lines at the beginning that are not there for VMS, Windows, and other Red Hat sites. This patch is in support of GMPL*2*55 which is in support of COVID-19 pandemic. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a plan to add Problem List data to the National Surveillance Tool because it uses SNOMED CT an expressive terminology for documenting COVID-19. Reliability of this data requires it to be based on a standard set of codes, which in turn requires an update to the National Problem Selection List to include the recently released SNOMED CT and ICD-10-CM COVID-19 related codes. Because of the critical nature of this update, this patch is being released as an Emergency patch.
