Through the IMF update process, additions/edits to national INSTITUTION file records are entered on FORUM and transmitted to production VistA systems via HL7 messages. This patch changes these messages by appending data to the end of the Institution (ZIN) segment. The HL7 message will now include the new three Institution fields that are needed for the new Universal Time datatype that was released in patch DI*22.2*2. The three new field populated by IMF are LOCATION TIMEZONE (#800), COUNTRY (#801) and TIMEZONE EXCEPTION (#802). These new fields were distributed by patch DI*22.2*2.
