The List Global [XUPRGL] option is locked with the XUPROGMODE security key and is only available to VistA programmers, so the issue does not affect "regular" users. When accessing the List Global [XUPRGL] option in most cases the VistA standard programming environment variables are not affected. The issue happens when a programmer accesses the List Global [XUPRGL] option and does not choose a device, which causes it to exit the option and corrupt the VistA standard environment variables.
