INC25703254, Lab Alert for LAB RESULTED on a C & S Urine deleted before processed in Alert Tracking 3. INC36856351, R4 - (WRJ) Alerts for Labs Generated by LRLAB,AUTO RELEASE Problem: -------- Alert Identifier 'XQAID' uniqueness is not being enforced in File #8992.1. While calling $$SETUP1^XQALERT, then DELETEA^XQALERT, then again $$SETUP1^XQALERT are being called within the same second, this causes two entries in File #8992.1 with the same Alert Identifier 'XQAID'. Since XQAID uniqueness is not being enforced in File #8992.1, when the second alert is being displayed, the first previously deleted alert is being updated with the information such as 'FIRST DISPLAYED'; and the second alert 'FIRST DISPLAYED' information remains empty. Resolution: ----------- Modify SETIEN^XQALSET; determine the unique "Alert Identifier" value for each Alert when it is being created.
