 This update addresses the issue identified in Jira item 
 SPP-8613 - MHA Web - Cerner Client ID - Update tenant key for FHIR
 requests
  
 Problem:
 --------
 Jira item SPP-8613 addressed the issue of the Cerner Tenant Key changing. 
 This requires a change to the MHA Web launch URL when being invoked from 
 Cerner.
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 The MHA Web launch URL was modified with the new Client ID to allow the
 Cerner Smart-On-FHIR API to successfully launch MHA Web.
