The National Clozapine Registry (NCR) application is used to track the use of Clozapine throughout the VA. The NCR v1.2.1.0 Graphical User Interface (GUI) is only available to staff at the National Clozapine Coordinating Center (NCCC). NCR v1.2.1.0 is planned for release into the Veterans Administration (VA) enterprise cloud. Deployment and installation is done by the Configuration Management Team (CMT). The software for this release will be hosted in the VA enterprise cloud servers. No site involvement is needed and there are no components added to VistA. This patch provides documentation of the changes made to this cloud-based application. NCC-6482 - 4097:Admin>HL7 Messages> Message Type filter has Status type "Invalid" in the drop down. Problem: Message Type filter has Status type "Invalid" in the drop down. Solution: Remove status type "Invalid" in the drop down. 2. NCC-9695 - TRM v.3.1 (.Net Core from v2.1.8 to v3.1) Problem: .Net Core needs to be upgraded to a TRM compliant version Solution: Upgrade to .Net Core from version 2.1.8 to version 3.1 3. NCC-6597, NCC-9456, NCC-9459, NCC-9462, NCC-9463 - NCCC Forms- Forms Library- Allow administration to add, delete and control permissions and roles to the forms library. Problem: As an administrator user, I want NCCC forms library to be editable so that I can add, delete, and control permission and roles to forms via the GUI. Solution: User facing library functionality has been created to allow an NCC Administrator to add and delete, forms from the form library while allowing other user roles to view forms. The administrator can also grant permission and role to a staff user. 4. NCC-6598, NCC-6662, NCC-6668, NCC-6671, NCC-6665 - NCCC Documents- Documents Library- Allow administration to add, delete and control permissions and roles to the document library. Problem: As an administrator user, I want NCCC document library to be editable so that I can add, delete, and control permission and roles to documents via the GUI. Solution: User facing library functionality has been created to allow an NCC Administrator to add and delete documents from the document library while allowing other user roles to view documents. The administrator can also grant permission and role to a staff user. 5. NCC-9575 - Prescriber- NPI and REMS ID required Problem: As an NCR user, when adding a new prescriber to the prescriber table, I want the NPI and REMS ID fields to be required so that the REMS authorization of prescribers is documented. Solution: NPI and REMS Id fields have been made required. 6. NCC-9594 - Director Review- remove director review functionality from NCR Problem: As an NCR user, I want the director review functionality eliminated so that applications can be processed without this additional work flow. Solution: Director Review functionality has been removed from NCR.
