Description:

 The purpose of Mental Health patch YS*5.01*195 is to address user stories 
 along with defects found in the 1.2.2.0 release.
  
 The National Clozapine Registry (NCR) application is used to track the 
 use of Clozapine throughout the VA. The NCR v1.2.3.0 Graphical User 
 Interface (GUI) is only available to staff at the National Clozapine 
 Coordinating Center (NCCC). NCR v1.2.3.0 is planned for release into the 
 Veterans Administration (VA) enterprise cloud. Deployment and 
 installation is done by the Configuration Management Team (CMT). The 
 software for this release will be hosted in the VA enterprise cloud 
 servers. No site involvement is needed and there are no components added 
 to VistA. This patch provides documentation of the changes made to this 
 cloud-based application.

 NCR Release 1.2.3.0 fixes the following issues
  
 1. NCC-10206 - Application ID updated after the fact
 Problem: The application ID was updated after the fact in the other 
 treatment records without updating the Last Modified time.
 Solution: An SQL script was written to update the affected Clozapine 
 Treatments and will be run on production during deployment.
  
 2. NCC-10098 - User input/output not properly sanitized
 Problem: The web application does not properly sanitize all user input 
 and output.
 Solution: Added XSS middleware to sanitize data on request submittal.
