This patch adds the following new instruments for use with Mental Health Assistant (MHA): Clinical Impairment Assessment Questionnaire 3.0 CIA Eating Disorder Examination Questionnaire EDE-Q The interpretive text for the instrument, Adult Attention-Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder Self-Report Screening Scale for DSM-5 (ASRS), has been updated. The instrument, Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CESD), has been corrected by adding a missing scale. The missing scale was causing an error when graphs were displayed. Reports for Computerized Adaptive Testing (CAT) now include the total elapsed time and the time used to answer each question. A new field with each administration now records the signed-in user at the time the administration was completed. The option, Display Administration Details, on the MHA3 Utilities menu has been updated to optionally display additional information including answers and scores. Instrument categories for the following instruments have been updated: NUDESC : Cognitive SIP-AD-30 : Addiction-SUD SIP-AD-START : Addiction-SUD SWEMWBS : Quality of Life Change instrument category from Pain to Pain/Health. Change name of ASRS instrument to ASRS-6. Update MCMI4 to handle adjusted Base Rate scores that are less than 0 and greater than 115. In cases where it is less than 0, set to 0 and if greater than 115, set to 115. Use incremental locking to save responses and results. Raise the limit of administration and result records allowed. If an adjusted Base Rate scale score is less than zero or greater than 115, it should set to zero or 115. Adjusted logic so that any value less than zero will be adjusted to zero and any value greater than 115 will be adjusted to 115. INC25140292 Cannot create admin error An instrument administration was submitted for filing and the user received this error. The error can be caused by a VistA locking problem. The filing mechanism has been updated to use incremental locking to help alleviate this situation. Test Sites: ----------- Clement J. A post-install routine will add the records for the new instruments and update instruments. The post-install routine, YS217PST, may be deleted after the installation completes, if desired. Pre-Installation Instructions: This patch can be loaded with users in the system, but it is recommended that it be installed when user activity is low. Installation time will be less than 5 minutes. Installation Instructions: 1. Choose the PackMan message containing this build. Then select the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option to load the build. 2. From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select the Installation Menu. From this menu, A. Select the Verify Checksums in Transport Global option to confirm the integrity of the routines that are in the transport global. When prompted for the INSTALL NAME enter the patch or build name. (YS*5.01*217) NOTE: Using will not bring up a Multi-Package build even if it was loaded immediately before this step. It will only bring up the last patch in the build. B. Select the Backup a Transport Global option to create a backup message. You must use this option and specify what to backup; the entire Build or just Routines. The backup message can be used to restore the routines and components of the build to the pre-patch condition. i. At the Installation option menu, select Backup a Transport Global ii. At the Select INSTALL NAME prompt, enter your build (YS*5.01*217) iii. When prompted for the following, enter "R" for Routines or "B" for Build. Select one of the following: B Build R Routines Enter response: Build iv. When prompted "Do you wish to secure this message? NO//", press and take the default response of "NO". v. When prompted with, "Send mail to: Last name, First Name", press to take default recipient. Add any additional recipients. vi. When prompted with "Select basket to send to: IN//", press and take the default IN mailbox or select a different mailbox. C. You may also elect to use the following options: i. Print Transport Global - This option will allow you to view the components of the KIDS build. ii. Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch is installed.
