This patch allows integration of MHA Web with the Mental Health Checkup (MHC) application along with other updates. Change name of SCL9R instrument to SCL90R. This requires an update to the MH INSTRUMENT file (#601). Fix High Risk/Positive Response flagging for instrument administrations where answers were skipped. Fix certain scenarios where a single instrument assignment would result in a progress note not being generated. The following are the enhancements and modifications by YS*5.01*204: - Printing graphs and completed reports Printing has been upgraded Last 4 are removed from the completed report printout Header is added to the printout Footer is copyright and page number - Display "No Data Available" on Special Reports graph instead of a blank graph - PAI percentage bar is red when status bar shows 100% complete - Change instrument name from ASRS to ASRS-6 - Million Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI) 4 Negative Adjusted Base Rate Scores Causes Error What occurred was the calculated adjusted Base Rate score was less than zero. After going back to the original MCMI 4 document, it was found that if the calculation is negative, it should be set to 0. If it is greater than 115 then it should be set to 115. - Combine Pain and Pain/Health Categories The AD8 and PCS instruments no longer show in the "Pain" category. They should show up in the "Pain / Health" category instead. There should be no instruments in the "Pain" category. - Update BSS instrument to correct skip logic The skip logic for the BSS instrument was incorrect. The logic is if you answer question 4 as 0 AND question 5 as 0 questions 6-19 should be skipped. However, it looks like it blanks out the questions as soon as you enter 0 for question 4. Under certain circumstances when a question is skipped, the response choice was NULL. The fix is to handle this as a "skipped" question which will allow VistA to continue calculating the High Risk/Positive Response flag. Test Sites: ----------- Clement J.
