Description:

 The purpose of Mental Health patch YS*5.01*230 is to address user stories 
 in sprints 23, 24, and 25 for increment 5 release 1.2.22.1 along with 
 defects found in previous releases.
  
 The National Clozapine Registry (NCR) application is used to track the 
 use of Clozapine throughout Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The NCR 
 v1.2.22.1 Graphical User Interface (GUI) is available only to staff at 
 the National Clozapine Coordinating Center (NCCC). NCR v1.2.22.1 is 
 planned 
 for release into the VA enterprise cloud. Deployment and installation are 
 done by the Configuration Management Team (CMT). The software for this 
 release will be hosted in the VA enterprise cloud servers. No site 
 involvement is needed and there are no components added to Veterans 
 Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA). This 
 patch provides documentation of the changes made to this cloud-based 
 application.

 NCC-12953, NCC-10434, NCC-12940, NCC-12952: SSOi Implementation
 Initiative: Authentication is handled via Single Sign-On Internal (SSOi) 
 by the Identity and Access Management (IAM) service using the Transport 
 Layer Security (TLS) 2.0 protocol. Users of the system will require a 
 Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card and associated Personal 
 Identification Number (PIN). A user's PIN will be requested when 
 initially logging into a Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). When a 
 user accesses the NCR application their credentials are automatically 
 read and submitted to the IAM SSOi for authentication. The IAM Sign-In 
 Message will display and require the user to click on the Close button. 
 When signing on the first time, an authentication Single Sign-On loading 
 screen will appear if the user is not registered with the IAM SSOi 
 provisioning system. Users are automatically signed out of the 
 application after 10 minutes.
