This DLL allows a reminder dialog to display and enter responses for Mental Health instruments. The new DLL will host a web-based version of Mental Health instrument entry. This will allow new instruments and instrument components to be supported without necessarily requiring a new DLL. Instructions to activate this new DLL will be provided in the future. In the meantime, these updates to VistA are being released in a dormant state.
