Description:

 The purpose of this patch is to update the Mental Health  Assistant (MHA)
 application for compatibility with EntraID. This only requires a
 configuration change to map the SMART MHA URL to go thru Entra Apache
 instead of going thru SiteMinder Apache. This is an infrastructure only
 change to switch the routing of traffic in Azure. MHA controls the
 database (DB).
    
 MHA will install and maintain all Graphical User Interface (GUI) updates.
